[lexicon]opposite[/lexicon] antispins (packman style)

Start pointig to the front, open the [lexicon]antispin[/lexicon], the two ends that (should) stay together move behind your [lexicon]head[/lexicon] on the left, when your left arm is down, on the right when your right arm is down. I still have to practice this in front of a mirror. Anyway, it looks cool with fire, the flames help to "cover the imprecision"
