In my spinning travels, I have developed an idea/goal that I call the search for "Free Body Movement." This concept I am working towards breaks all [lexicon]timing[/lexicon], planes, & any connections from the right hand to the left hand. Essentially, instead of thinking as your space around you and your planes as a square around you, it is more accurately described as a sphere. hello all I just got a German to English translator and I've been able to interact more with this site and I like that everyone is so active on it, so I thought I would give it a try I use all these, at different times, Depending on what I am practicing at the moment.
