      Hier hat jemand die Kategorie mit einer Move-Erklärung verwechselt und zwar somit erwähnt, das es soetwas wie eine "[lexicon]flower[/lexicon]" gibt, aber kann mir jemand sagen, wie sowas funktioniert und wie das aussehen soll? Ist eine [lexicon]flower[/lexicon] das gleiche wie eine Fountain? Oder ist das was anderes?

    • Hmm - also ganz sicher bin ich mir nun nicht, wie das Bild entstanden ist aber wenn man eine [lexicon]flower[/lexicon] mit entsprechender Belichtungsdauer aufnimmt, dürfte das etwa so aussehen.
      Wo du eine [lexicon]flower[/lexicon] sehen kannst, ist in dem Dervishly Years Video (ca. 0:55 und eine andere schöne bei 2:45) und auf dem Avatar von Steffen (funken) - wobei letzteres ein Staff sein dürfte, wenn ich das richtig sehe.

      Da wo Nick die Arme als Gerade auseinander gestreckt hat und gegen den Uhrzeigersinn in 45°-Schritten bewegt (auf 0 und 6 Uhr, auf 3 und 9 Uhr, usw.), während die [lexicon]Poi[/lexicon] ebenfalls gegen den Uhrzeigersinn (oder von Nick's Position aus Rückwärts) schwingen?

      Eine bessere Beschreibung fällt mir dann aber dazu auch nicht ein.

      Das Bild oben zeigt tatsächlich eine Fountain... in der Wall [lexicon]plane[/lexicon] - das Bild von "Valura" bei HOP z.B. ist einfach falsch Beschriftet *g* Oder jemand hat sich diesen Move "neu Ausgedacht" oder es ist wiedermal eines dieser "viele Begriffe, ein Move" Phänomene....

    • Für alle, die des englischen mächtig sind:
      Your [lexicon]Poi[/lexicon] dont HAVE to be going in the same [lexicon]direction[/lexicon] nor do your arms HAVE to be 180 degrees apart as there are many different types of flowers.

      In essence, flowers are just multiple [lexicon]beat[/lexicon] separations that move. A separation, of course, is when you extend your arms so that each of your [lexicon]Poi[/lexicon] may spin their own circles instead of both spinning in the same circle.

      Now there are tons of different types of flowers and explaining most of them can get awfully technical and confusing to most so Ill just tell you the best way Ive found to learn the simple 4 [lexicon]Petal[/lexicon] chase flower...

      Start off by spinning fully extended circles at your sides. Your arms should be rotating at the shoulder, both spinning forward as if you were swimming. Now, when your arms are straight up and down, pause them so your [lexicon]Poi[/lexicon] do a single rotation. As your [lexicon]Poi[/lexicon] finish their separated rotation, continue with the extended circle. You can practice doing this for a while until you are comfortable with spinning the separation. Once you can do that well, add a second pause [lexicon]opposite[/lexicon] the one you have been doing. So for instance, if you have been pausing when your right arm is pointing up and your left is pointing down, start pausing when your right is down and left is up. You should now be doing a two [lexicon]beat[/lexicon] [lexicon]flower[/lexicon] with both arms pausing at the top and bottom of an extended circle. Once youve mastered this, you can add in the [lexicon]horizontal[/lexicon] pauses when your arms are straight out in front and back of you. As UCoF stated, a full 4 [lexicon]beat[/lexicon] [lexicon]flower[/lexicon] will be an extended circle with pauses at 3, 6, 9, and 12 o'clock giving you two vertical and two [lexicon]horizontal[/lexicon] petals.

      Once you have all this down, come back and tell us so we can get you doing [lexicon]butterfly[/lexicon] flowers, anti-flowers, butterfly-chase flowers, and chase-butterfly flowers

      Also das schnall ich auch noch nicht so ganz.
      Auf den Video von mir kann man das sehen.
      Ich spiele eine 3bt [lexicon]weave[/lexicon], drehe mich um 90 Grad nach rechts, spiel dann quasi ein [lexicon]corkscrew[/lexicon] hinter dem RÜcken, und spiele dann links wieder eine 3bt [lexicon]weave[/lexicon] rückwärts. Das sieht aber alles andere als fliessend aus und ich komme nicht so wirklich dahinter wo der Haken ist.

      Wheel [lexicon]plane[/lexicon] Flower:
      Hände sind gestreckt auf 3 und 9 (Uhr) dann weiter auf 6 und 12 wieder 3 und 9 wieder 6 und 12........die Kreisbewegung wird somit geviertelt.Händ und [lexicon]Poi[/lexicon] bewegen sich vorwärts.

      Das selbe nun rückwärts . Hände und [lexicon]Poi[/lexicon] bewegen sich rückwärts.

      Die gemeinen Varianten : Hände vorwärts Kreis / [lexicon]Poi[/lexicon] rückwärts Kreis
      Hände rückwärts Kreis / [lexicon]Poi[/lexicon] vorwärts Kreis
      Wall [lexicon]plane[/lexicon] Flower:
      wie oben nur noch kniffliger wenn man eine ganzen Kreis machen will da es einmal mitläuffig und dann gegenläuffig gespielt wird und die Arme auch noch zu allen Überfluss gekreuzt werden müssen(auf 3-9)
      3-9 ausgestreckt
      12-6 aisgestreckt
      3-9 überkreuzt(holy shit)
      zurück auf
      12-6ausgestreckt
      3-9 ausgestreckt
      ....usw
      zu sehen auf COL 5 (made in austria)
      viel vergnügen TT

      vid von NickwithFire macht die Matrix mit [lexicon]flower[/lexicon]

      bluecat = black and blue (vid) = Rob...seine Staff-Matrix sind absolut cool ;die Poi-Matrix finde ich im schlußteil nicht ganz sauber auf diesem vid (ist keine Kritik über sein Können.Ich Weiß das er es kann)

      Ps:Staff-Moves und Poi-Moves haben sehr viele gemeinsamkeiten die ich auch nicht glauben konnte......(zb:TTN und auch QTTN)
