The workshop will be 4 hours long and will be divided to 4 lessons:
Throws: Throws are really fun and can fit almost everywhere in your spinning. We'll learn some theory on how to clean up our throws, then move on to learn many types of throws - isolated, antispin, body throws, flats, and more, as well as some more advanced throwing patterns and combos.

Creativity and Exploration: We break down the most efficient way to learn and explore your own moves and variations, using flowers and pendulum patterns to give examples.

Contact Poi: We'll learn how to roll the Poi around our body, while taking inspiration from other props - Contact Poi involves moves from Contact Staff, clubs, and Contact ball.

Body Movement: One of the most important aspects of Poi is your body movement, we'll work on posture, footwork, and body language, about the different dynamics of a Poi performance, how to start moving even with difficult technical moves, and much more.
